“Highly recommend PCS. Raymond and his team assisted following a recent bereavement and were highly professional and sensitive of the fact that we had suffered a recent loss of a family member. “Rosemary Davidson
They went above and beyond in all aspects of the house clearance following the death of a family member and left the house spotless.”Christine Jaffray
“Arrived bang on time and were polite and efficient. There was more to clear from the house than I had anticipated but no complaints and the same very reasonable price as agreed before hand.”Robert Fotheringham
Common Questions & Peace of Mind
How much does a house clearance cost?
Every job is unique. We provide free, no-obligation quotes based on volume and labor. We also offer Asset Offsets, where the value of resalable items is deducted from your final bill.
Are you licensed to carry waste
Yes. We are fully SEPA registered (License: WCR/R/3017045). We provide a waste transfer note for every job, ensuring your items are disposed of legally and ethically.
Do I need to be at the property?
No. Many of our clients are based elsewhere. We can collect keys from solicitors or neighbours and provide photo updates once the job is completed and the property is swept clean.
What happens to the items you clear?
We follow a “Reuse, Recycle, Dispose” hierarchy. We prioritise donations to local Scottish charities and recycling centres to keep as much out of landfill as possible.
